life update!! :3

lumemiruuuuuuuuuuuive had plenty of exams these last 2 weeks. so far, ive passed my english one but i failed the history one for a very stupid mistake ;-;, luckily we'll have another one next week. AND WE ALSO HAD THE SCIENCE TEST, WHICH WAS FUKING HORRIBLE AAAAAAAAAAA. i had it on wednesday and i got my grade today, which was a 25/32...which is ok ig, and anyway the highest grade so far was a 26 so is better to not get sad about it. BUT WHY DO THEY HAVE TO BE SO FUCKING HORRIBLE AAAA I HATE THEM
from the rest, im happy since i dont have much 2 do lately. im copiyng some info for a text for spanish and i already finished the one for english, i jst need to make a shitty slide (luckily is individual work otherwise i think i wouldve died). i also think i'll make 5 reading reports this week (since we have a holiday) so i wont have to occupy myself with those at school.
aside from that, everything has been ok :). im working on a drawing of my horribly written oc and a sailor moon one (since i got the 1st volume of the manga a few months ago AND THE DRAWINGS ARE STUNNING), ALSO TODAY I TALKED WITH MY BEST FRIEND :D!!!! we havent talked a lot due to unknown reasons (i think they're busy but i suspect there's smth else going on) and im very happy for it :), might reflect on it later.
I ALSO STARTED WATCHING MADOKA MAGICA (rant below, spoiler alert!!!)
FIRST THINGS FIRST....ive only watched until the 5th or 6th episode, so i might change my opinion. anyway
the visuals are absolutely STUNNING, i rrly appriciate the architecture of the buildings (gotta love how clean they are built and the fact u can see many lines as if they were idk their internal structure and the clean colors cinema indeed AND THE FACT IT WORKS????? honeslty, i'd have my doubts if someone told me that would work so well, bc those type of excesively clean bgs on anime usually tend to not be cohesive with the characters colors, which definetly isnt the case here), i also like the orange lighting used and how it looks with the girls (i need that as a layer mode asap), it rlly gives smth else to the colors used normally :). judging of the colors of the girls, i like the character desing used in madoka mafica, the little details in the ourline of the girl's faces and their eyer make them stand out despite the fact they're not major details, and is also cool the animation can be pretyt fluid at times :3. the soundtrack...well is yuki fucking kajiura, we cant excpect something less than excellent, though i'd complain that some songs are over used BUT I CANT COMPLAIN. the opening is very cute and awesome 2, i love the animation there and the sequence where a random girl hugs madoka and transforms her into a magical girl. i also like mami's desing and powers. and well i dont think i need to gush over how gorgeous the witches's world is and how well it is integrated with the anime aesthetic due to the slight changes of colors in the girs's desing.
that being said...i do have my complaints about the pacing. the first 2 episodes were fine, but ngl i think mami's breakdown was rushed, which kinda make her death less impactful, and madoka's later regret abt it which has to do A LOT with the thing mami told her about being a magical girl duo, but like...i would've appriciated they had taken longer developing their relationship. i'd say the same about kyosuke and sayaka...while it was very heartwarming to see kyosuke play his violin again and sayaka's motivations are quite intresting, i aslo feel that their relationship was underdeveloped...like kyosuke jst has a melodramatic moment and idk...something doesnt fully convince me yet, maybe i jst havent connected that well to the characters...and lets not even start about homura lol, since idk..even if i like her subtle love towards madoka, idk, her outward personality is kinda bland, but i hope the final chapters make more sense of this, and the entire show preferably. ALSO WHY ARE MADOKA'S DIALOGUES SO FUCKING MELODRAMATIC ;-;, ik she's sensitive and all but she doesnt have to go speaking like that 99% of the time..i hope the show improves on this in the future.
tomorrow i will go to a social voluteering thing and...idk. ive also been thinkin gon developing a neocities page, which is smth ive been wanting to do for a long time :). so i'll keep u updated :)
